You're absolutely right...they are off by over a magnitude!
I screwed up misreading the chart. RAPTOR 3 speeds should have read:
61 times faster than an Amiga A4000/040/25
6.1 times faster than a Pentium 90
2 times faster than a Raptor IIA (Alpha 21064A/275)
I never was any good at math.
